How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > scroll to the bottom and tap 'Delete Account'. This will permanently remove all your data within 30 days.
Can I export my journal entries?
We're working on adding export functionality. In the meantime, contact us and we can help you retrieve your data.
Is my data private?
Absolutely. Your journal entries are stored securely and we never sell, share, or read your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel.
The app isn't working properly
Try closing and reopening the app, or check for updates in the App Store. If the issue persists, email us with a description of the problem and we'll help.
